Appointments:
-
Consulting is by appointment, made during surgery hours or via Health Engine. Urgent cases will be seen on the day or via phone.
-
Booking a long appointment: If you require an insurance medical, review of a complete health problem, counselling for emotional difficulties or a second opinion please book a longer appointment. This may involve a longer wait, however this will give the Doctor sufficient time to address your concern. Please bring relevant letters and test results from other doctors.
-
Cancellations: Please notify us well in advance if you are unable to attend an appointment.

-
Carpark Consultations or Phone Consultations are available to eligible patients if appointments in the Practice are not possible.
-
Referrals. Doctors in our surgery are competent at handling all common health problems. When necessary, they are able to draw opinion from Specialists and, if need be, refer you for further investigation. Please note all initial referrals will require a consultation with the doctor.

-
Any lost referrals or follow up referrals without an appointment will incur a charge of $13, please ask at reception for more information, 48 hours notice is required to be given and the service is at the Drs discretion.

-
Repeat Prescriptions or any replacement prescriptions required for lost or destroyed scripts or requests require a consultation with a Doctor. If you have been to the Practice and seen the GP face-to-face in the last 12 months, you may be eligible for a phone consult. However, this is at the discretion of the Doctor and may change without notice. Please ask at reception for more information.

-
Test results. Results are checked daily by the doctors. If they need to be followed up, the doctor will either:
- Call directly to discuss them
- Doctor will advise you about follow up at your appointment
- Request a member of the reception staff to call you and make an appointment to come into the clinic to discuss results.
